What is Aqualyx?
Aqualyx is a non-surgical treatment designed to target and reduce stubborn fat deposits in areas such as the chin, stomach, thighs, and hips. It works by dissolving fat cells, which are then naturally eliminated by the body over time.
Number of Treatments Required
The number of Aqualyx treatments required varies depending on the area being treated and the individual's response to the treatment. Typically, clients need between 2 to 8 sessions to achieve their desired results. Smaller areas, such as the chin, may require fewer sessions, while larger areas may need more.
Time Between Sessions
To allow your body to process and eliminate the dissolved fat cells effectively, it is recommended to schedule treatments at intervals of 3 to 4 weeks. This timing helps ensure optimal results and allows for proper healing between sessions.
Procedure and Aftercare
Each Aqualyx session takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the treated area. After the procedure, you might experience some swelling, redness, or bruising, which typically subsides within a few days. Following the aftercare instructions provided will aid in a smooth recovery and enhance the treatment's effectiveness.
